Hey all, I'm deep into SOPHAS and I'm not sure whether it's appropriate to mention that my spouse is active duty military. I'm considering including it in the "other information" box to explain why my resume is so jumpy (in the past 5 years I've worked in 4 states/countries while moving around with him). But I'm also considering NOT including it because I'm not sure it means anything in nonmilitary/academic circles and could even make it seem like I don't prioritize my own career.

What do you all think?

I would mention it. Anything that could possibly be concerning, but has a very reasonable explanation (such as yours) I think should be briefly mentioned to eliminate any assumptions on the adcom's behalf. I personally think it's interesting that you've had the opportunity to have a vast majority of experiences but who knows how that could be spun without any additional info.

to explain why my resume is so jumpy

I think it would be good to include, to explain this exactly. In my career, the milspouse explanation has always been met with, "Ah, we see. No problem!" and appreciation for explaining my messy life.
