I'd focus on doing well on your pre-reqs.

If you've still got most of your pre-requisites to go, just try to get A's in them to bring your GPA up. Especially if you haven't taken many science classes yet, this is a good opportunity to get a good science GPA for your pharmCAS application. Having a degree, no matter what the major, already makes you competitive. You should supplement that with a good PCAT score, some pharmacy experience, and a good set of extra-curriculars, but another degree isn't really necessary.

Lots of factors here that need to be addressed...

What was your first degree in?
How much longer will a second bachelors take you to complete? How much additional money?

It seems like you're starting from square one on the Pharmacy pre-req's. If a bachelors only takes you an additional year on top of them, then you have to decide whether the extra time and money is worth it to you.
