Should I prepare to reapply? So frustrating

Gpa 3.8 sgpa 3.7 mcat 516 orm(citizen). I applied last year and this year. I had several interviews last year later in fall and I didnt get in with WL(=soft R) and Rs after interviews. This year I had several interviews in August and September, 1 WL and silences from the rest so far. I was told that it was my English and interview, and I have been working on them and I saw improvement. I graduated in 2019 and have been working since, and I was thinking that I should take mcat again to boost my chance and maybe get a research job. I think I will apply DO and dental as well(in case I do not get into DO) or is there any hope still in this cycle? What should I interpret the silence as? I have been working this toxic job for a few months and feel stuck. I'm not sure what to do because it seems that everything won't work out even if I try so hard.

Feel like with that GPA/MCAT combo you should be able to get an acceptance. What are your ECs like (nonclinical volunteering, leadership, research, clinical experience, etc.) and do you think that there were any issues with your LORs or essays? what about your school list?

I would recommend revisiting your ECs/school list/essays instead of retaking your MCAT - a 516 is a fantastic score. If you really feel up to it, you could even add some DO schools right now. I would also not recommend applying dental because you would have to take the DAT and get dental-related experiences.

Work on interview skills. if need be taking you off and get a job in a service industry. This should be able to improve your conversational skills.

what do you mean by "your problem is your English?" is it that you are not fluent? If so, you should get some help from ESL.
