Should I repeat Physics 2?

Hola,

I am in the process of studying for my mcat....my cGPA is 3.61 my sGPA is 3.65....I am an African American male major biological sciences, honors program. I have a double minor in chemistry and psychology but no research. My ECs are pretty good.

Bio 1-A
Bio 2-A
Physics 1-B
Physics 2-C-
Chem 1-B+
Chem 2-A
Orgo 1-B+
Orgo 2-A
Biochem-A+
Orgo lab 1-B+
Orgo Lab 2-A

I'm debating whether or not I should retake physics 2...any advice? Also if you guys have any advice on MD schools to apply to that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Some school do not accept C- so I think you will have to retake it.

yes like the above post say, anything below C does not count. C- you have to retake.

i remember in my ochem class a C- was a B- so i was pretty lucky 🙂

you have separate grades for orgo lecture and lab? A retake could look good if you can manage an A....I see a trend in your app that you consistently do better in the second portion of a class....physics effs that trend up
