Should I report this IA if it is not going on my record or transcript?

I am freaking out right now. Please read my other post for more details.

Basically, I was charged with a separable violation for plagiarism. ( *FALSELY charged) But my school is assuring me that once the professor accepts the revised paper (which I see no point to anyway) there would be nothing on my record.

The conduct officer claims that the charge was just a formality for me to send the revised paper. I am trying to get this in writing. To be clear, charging me does not mean I am guilty but rather that there was enough evidence to continue the case (sigh)

Is this even worth reporting on my AACOMAS?

If there was no official IA, there's no reason to report it.
