Quick question.

My freshman year of college, first semester, I took a human health and biology course. I ended up with a C in it bc I just wanted to pass (wasn't a premed at the time). I'm about to graduate after my summer semester and I noticed the course is offered online at my university for the summer. I need one more course to file my graduation application and I'm wondering, should I retake it? I plan applying DO (possibly MD if I can rock my MCAT and raise my GPA during my post-bacc). It's a 100 level course so I know I could ace it and with DO grade replacement, I could see it benefitting me also could raise my sGPA. What do you think? Should I retake or am I just being a neurotic premed?

Yeah there's no reason to retake one course that you got a C in if your GPA doesn't need fixing.

The one bio course that I took in undergrad, I got a C in, switched from premed, and got it forgiven since I didn't need it to graduate. Now I'm wishing I hadn't done that because I have to retake it.
