I'm doing my post bacc now.

Four years ago as a freshman I took 3 quarters of biology and got a C, B-, and C respectively. I also got an A-, B, and B+ in the lab. I got discouraged changed my major and now I'm back again as a post bacc student.

Should I retake bio or should I just jump into cell bio and anat/phys?
I'm just totally torn on this.

Sorry I guess I'm become a tad neurotic and obsessive

Oh please, most of us are at least somewhat neurotic.
The upper level courses are a progression from bio I and II. You'll feel more comfortable and confident if you get A's in the intro courses. It's also better for your gpa.
It'd be a different scenario if you were deciding on retaking a class like orgo 2 after getting a B+ the first time around. But that is not the case here.
