My friends who got accepted last year had 84-86 and gpa's of 3.4-3.6. It depends on which univ./program you are applying to, and of course, if you are thinking about taking part 2 as well...Part 2 looks pretty impressive on some applications, when you are not asked specificially to take it. PS is personal statement... you guessed it correctly. Are you planning to take part 2 by the way? Do you know if you can take part 2 after January 2010 if you are not enrolled in a dental program???Thanx a lot bombshell for the reassuring advice!

i actually gave my part1 last year in july as a "practice" test but got a good enuff score to consider keeping it as my final score(esp due to the new rule!!)...i've just started internship in India a month and a half ago, so have plenty of time before i can apply to colleges
have pretty much nothing to do right now so might as well study for part2 n get that done also...i'll be applying for batch of 2011
as for your other question, im pretty sure u can take part2 after jan2010...dnt think it has nething to do with being enrolled(not sure tho)...i take it ur applying for batch of 2010?
well, i am not sure if I can enroll in 2010 batch, since it is almost the end of the year... and most of the programs want part 2 as well.. but I will surely try to.. and see what happens.... risky, huh? how much did you say you scored on TOEFL?
