Should I retake?

So I just finished my OAT and I'm pretty disappointed, It was much tougher than what I expected going into it. I'm wondering if I should retake it or not? I'm trying to apply to Midwestern University in Arizona

I have a 3.92 GPA
Undergraduate Research experience
- Co-author on a paper that got published (don't know if this is worth anything)
Only 20 hours of Shadowing but will get more.

Your TS scores are good and the only reason why your AA is lower is because of your reading score. I probably wouldn't retake it if I were you because seeing that Midwestern has only 54 spots, it would be better to submit your app now because your GPA and OAT are competitive already. Def get more shadowing hours though.
