Should I send an update letter soon after already sending one?

I sent an update letter to all my medical schools about 2 weeks ago to state that a research paper I had been working on was under peer review at a journal and had completed its first round of revisions. To my surprise, now 2 weeks later, it has been accepted and published in the research journal. Should I send an update to all my schools saying this or is it too soon after my previous one?

Also, I am visiting my dream school's campus in January and am planning on sending a letter of intent afterwards as I have interviewed there and am wondering what to do in that situation as well. If I send a new update letter with the publication now and send a letter of intent later that will total to 3 letters sent to this school in total which I feel may be too much although they don't state any policy on how many letters can be sent.
