This year I have been doing some mad volunteer work with the elderly, and developed a good repore with the coordinator. She said she would do everything to help. Since then I've been waitlisted at Dartmouth. I think one of the reasons I got waitlisted was that I had no activities to verify my interest in rural medicine.

Since this activity did not appear on my AMCAS, should I send my update and letter of interest, as well have my employer send a letter or something?
