Should I send my letters of rec?

Hi all,

I've submitted secondaries to a handful of schools at this point, but I haven't sent my letters.

The reason I haven't submitted is that I am still waiting on one optional letter from my PI. Because I listed research as one of my most meaningful experiences, I think it is important to have this letter with the rest of my application package. Am I making the right decision by holding off on sending my letters until having them all in?

I'd be concerned that you could be marked complete for review without the schools having this LOR. Maybe @gonnif has a better understanding how this works.
