although it says "send this stuff only when an admissions counseller contacts you", I was wondering if its a good idea to send my stuff now?/

Most schools want your stuff sent in at the same time your AADSAS application is sent out. Check the directions on the AADSAS website or the school's website for specifics.

If the website says to submit the following items only when an admissions officer contacts you, you should wait until that happens. Most of the time when they say this they want a secondary form/application filled out which you will receive when they contact you.
