Kaplan teaches you to set up the scratch paper during the tutorial time, instead of watching it. Can I really skip..wouldnt it be advisable to watch it?....how long is it anyway?
Since we now have to use laminated sheets would you recommend writing anything beforehand?..if so, what would you include for each section?

I think it's supposed to be 15-20 min, right? Just go to the ADA website and do their tutorial ahead of time, and then you won't need to do it again on test day. Also, if you're going to take full length computerized practice tests (TopScore, Achiever, Kaplan, etc.) then you should have a pretty good feel for it by test day. I don't think they've thrown in any new rules lately or you know it would be all over SDN! 🙂

As for Kaplan's scratch paper method, I think it was a good idea before the laminated sheets came about, but now I think it would just take up too much room. Just mark which answers you've eliminated next to your work if necessary.
