Should I submit app before my LOR is in?

i have everything completed and my committee LOR submitted to my application, but am waiting on the letter from a dentist. Should I go ahead and submit?

Yeah dude, it's gonna take at least 3-4 weeks for that app to actually get mailed from the time you submit.

YES! i wish i had done that. it's gonna take some time for them to verify your GPA, so you wanna e-submit!!
