Should I submit my application now?

I took a statistic course this summer to boost up my science gpa from 2.96 to 3.0 but the grade won't be released until August 1st.

Should I submit it now or wait until the grade is on the transcript?

Should I change this course from in-progress to completed now since I completed this course last week?

That 3.0 might be a magic threshold number. I'd wait until the grade is on your transcript.

Add the summer course as being "completed." Don't submit your transcript from the Registrar until the grade is on there. Have them overnight it to AADSAS.
