I took the DAT last summer and did not release my scores to any schools so AADSAS is not able to upload my scores on my application. I did not do as well as I would have liked: AA:17 PAT: 19....
I am retaking the DAT August 20th and feel/hope I will do better this time around. My question is should I call AADSAS to put my scores on my application?? Or should I just wait to get my scores when I take it in August and fax them to the schools I am applying to??

The scores need to be sent to AADSAS directly by ADA. I think the scores sent by ADA will have scores from your previous and new test you will take. But good luck!

You will need both DAT scores on your application. It is an absolute must. Depending on the school, they will take your most recent, the highest, or average the two as mentioned from the ADEA 2011 Guide.

You don't have a choice really. When you release your scores with the 2nd time you take it, it includes all previous scores as well...even if they're 5 years old. Each school will handle old scores in their own way.
