Should I tailor make a PS for my main school?

Should I tailor my PS to make it sound like my interests are in line with what the mission of the school I feel I stand the best shot at is while taking the risk of throwing off other schools? Or will the secondary be good enough to get that point across.

A personal statement on your primary application that is tailored to a specific school is probably not going to get you interviews at other schools.

These comments all reflect reality. A personal statement directed at a single school is also a little creepy, like proposing to someone you haven't met yet...

Just so you have something to look forward to, when you get to applying for residency positions with ERAS, you are allowed to craft multiple Personal Statements and designate to which program each one goes.
