So I'm actually going to be a senior undergrad, and I started thinking about medical school this year (I plan to do a postbac after working for a year or two). I'm trying to do my English and math requirements while I am still in undergrad.

I need to decide if I should actually take Precalculus in the fall or just audit it. I am planning on taking Calc I in the spring, but I haven't taken math (besides a statistics course) since high school and I am DEFINITELY rusty.

Would it look funny to adcoms (when I reach that stage of things...) to be in a 100-level math class as a senior...? If not I thought taking it might be a good way to get an A into my BCPM GPA.

I'm going to at least audit it no matter what, I need the refresher. But should I take it for credit? Advice?

I'd take it for credit. It won't look bad, and it will help your science GPA if you do well.

I doubt anyone is going to ask you about it. If they do, just say it had been a while since you had taken a math course (which I assume is true), and there you go. Especially if you're not applying during your senior year I think they'll understand what the situation is.

Take the easy A. If anyone ever asks ( which is incredibly unlikely) just tell them your thought process and you'll be golden. I took several 100 level classes my senior year for fun and not one person mentioned it in an interview.
