Should I take the June MCAT?

I am going to apply to med school this summer. I was originally planning to take the MCAT in early July but I am thinking of signing up for the June test date instead. I am assuming the June test date would be better since I will still have the chance to re-take in July if I did poorly? What do you think?

If you make a plan, you still have plenty of time to review thoroughly. Three months will give you good review time. Don't rush it if you need that time in the summer to study though.

And remember you can also take it in August if you REALLY need to...I know that's pushing it, but most schools accept scores through Aug, but not after Sept (if I remember correctly...)

Just make sure you'll be ready. It would suck having to retake.
