Should I tell schools about an updated Rec Letter?

Recently, a school told me that one of my rec letters was not on official letterhead, and within 24 hours, I uploaded a copy of the letter with the official letterhead.

The first copy that most schools received was missing the letterhead, should I notify them that I sent out a new one?

if you sent it through AMCAS, the schools will know. no need to notify them.
