Should I update my application now or wait?

I recently started volunteering at a free dental clinic twice a month, but have done only ~7 hours. I plan to continue volunteering with them until I start dental school. Should I wait to accumulate more hrs to put this experience on AADSAS or put it right away and say that I plan to continue doing it? Thanks!

I would suggest submitting sooner rather than later. I would indicate that you are going to continue to volunteer in the section they offer for description.
