should i update schools if i quit a job?

hi guys! in my AADSAS application, i didn't include it in the activties/experience section about my job because i submitted my app before i started my job but i stated at it in the PS what i'd be doing during my gap year.
"i'll be doing XYZ which i will be begin in XX"

but after doing it for a few months, i don't feel it fits with my interests. should i update each school that i quit? or is it something to bring up during interviews?

I personally wouldn't. If it comes up in interviews you can mention it then.
