Cycle opens first week of June, and it still takes several weeks for AADSAS to verify your transcripts. Realistically, you'd be complete by late July which isn't that bad at all.
I would wait for the spring grades especially since you have a prerequisite on it. If you submit late June or early July it won't hurt you at all for the cycle and will allow you to make sure all of your letters of recommendation were submitted correctly and your application is exactly how you want it to be.
