Hi,

I receently got a publication in and I wanted to send a LOI for schools I haven't heard from with my update. However, I know that the holidays are coming up so is it fine to send them now or just wait for the new year?

Do you have grades to report? Portal or email?

Send it as soon as possible. It is better to have the letter in your file for the ADCOMS to review on their timeline. ADCOMS do not revisit an application when you submit an update. Rather, they review your update IF it happens to be submitted prior to their second pass on your application. For this reason, the earlier the better.
