Should I wait to submit until I receive this semester's grade (special circumstance)?

Potentially neurotic question. Long story short, I had to reinvent. I have a large rising GPA trend (Nike swoosh) for the past 90 credits. These were all before graduation, so I am assuming it will show up under senior year on the application.

I have since graduated but took my last pre-req this semester (Orgo Lab II). The only benefit of waiting for transcripts to be released would be the 4.0 (2 credits) listed as post-bac. I have read that schools like to see the post-bac trend, rather than just senior year. This will have a negligible effect on my GPA obviously. Would you wait or submit?

My school's estimated grade release day is May 19th. If this holds true, then the only thing I have to worry about is the transcript getting there on time. Is my thinking correct?

IMO, you are much better off submitting the transcript with the grade than submitting a bit earlier without the grade. Submitting without the grade makes it appear that you have something to hide. The slightly earlier verification of your application is not worth the trade-off.

This.

Just to add, the slightly longer verification and possibly longer transmission will have NO impact on your chances
And, at the risk of beating the dead horse and making the answer even more obvious, the first transmission to AMCAS does not happen until 5/27, so a transcript received on or around 5/19 will cause absolutely no delay at all, assuming it can be done electronically. If not, verification will be slightly delayed regardless, since the earliest OP can even order the transcript is 5/3., and receipt and processing of a manual transcript will likely take more than a month.
