Piggybacking onto a different thread, I was wondering if I should send in my secondaries before verification or wait until my primaries are verified?

Also, I am taking Orgo 2 and will receive my grade by the second week of August. How do I go about letting schools know my final grade in that class? Do I send each school a separate transcript, call them, write them or do I send an updated transcript to AMCAS? My midterm grade so far is very good so should I wait until I get my grade and then submit my secondaries (since they ask for coursework)? Thank you all your responses are much appreciated!
