I just got into my top choice - Stanford. I pretty much know to want to go there based on their curriculum structure and opportunities over pretty much any other school, and was very fortunate to get an acceptance there. The thing is, I interviewed at a few other top places, but I have no intention of going to those places over the one I have now. Should I just withdraw from them pre-decision since they release in March? Then I can just fully commit to the school I have now by the time the 'choose your med school tool' comes out in February.
If you have an acceptance at your top school, yes you should/can withdraw pending apps.
