Hi, guys I will finish all my rotations in May and finished with CK and CS also. I am applying in September for psychiatry for 2020 match. Instead of just sitting idle I'm sure we have to keep ourselves busy

i will be studying for Step3 also. There is a psych hospital near my house (dont have a residency program tho), should i approach them and ask for any shadowing/employment/externship or something ?
