Should I write a letter to the programs for additional questions?

I am a FMG and was wondering if I should write a letter to the programs I am interested with additional questions, which are not answered by their webside? Like, concerning the ECFMG Certificate( do I need to have it before considered for an interview or before match day), Score requirements etc?


Any help, advise will be greatly appreciated!
