Should more acceptances start post January 2nd?

For those that interviewed pre-December and didn't hear back dec 2nd should we hear back after 1st deposits are due? Anyone have an idea?

I sure hope so. One of the adcoms said biggest times of movement are Jan - March, and in May. I think the 2nd is the last day deposits are allowed to be made, so we probably won't be hearing till the 3rd when everything is finalized for the initial invitations (whether accepted/declined).

Deposit dates vary by school. Some, like Penn for example, aren't due until the 15th.

Somewhere around the 2nd to the 5th of jan many schools should start sending out a new wave of acceptances.
