You don't have to do anything. However, it is considered good interview "etiquette" to send a thank you note (I would recommend paper over email) to the faculty/staff member who interviewed you.

definetly, and that's coming from someone who hasn't been rejected yet, 100% acceptance rate...woohooo.. let see how far i can go. But I brought a thank you card with me to the interview, and as soon as i got done, I wrote in the thank you note, and left it with the secretary. First off congrats on all your acceptances but let's face it...what got you accepted was grades and other factors, not the thank you note. Although, it can't hurt I suppose...I personally never have sent one and still got accepted to schools but the decision is completely up to the applicant.
