siblings..a syndrome?

hi!
saw a 4-mo old baby girl for follow up in the outpatient dept, for dressing of her VP shunt. the baby has a meningocele and history involves sudden development of hydrocephalus at a few weeks' age.

then noticed that her older 5yo sister had tears and the mom explained it was congenital blockage of her NL ducts-->dacryostenosis?

is there a possible syndrome that links these siblings' conditions?

I'm not getting any useful results for "meningocele dacryostenosis", "meningocele lacrimal", or "dacryo* meningocele" - maybe it's a yet unknown syndrome 😉 (family history?), or the two things have no relation to each other.
