sig. other and med school admissions?

I posted this question in another forum before I saw that this forum existed. I am currently applying to med schools. My sig. other (soon to be fiancee) is already in med school. I would LOVE to go to that school. Does anyone know if med school admissions committees give extra weight to applicants with very significant others already at their school? If so, how would you suggest one go about letting the adcomms know about this?

Any suggestions are appreciated?
