Hey everyone, I've been trying to submit my photograph online for several days now, but I just get an error message. Has anyone had success with this? I can't get to the other sections of the app because the photo is required to proceed. I've tried using both Netscape and IE, to no avail.

i managed to get my photo uploaded when i used Mozilla Firefox. But then I had problems submitting payment / completing the app while I was in Firefox, so I switched back to IE. (I was able to submit payment with IE after I turned the security levels down, and forced it to accept all cookies.)

if you still have no luck with different browsers, you can always just mail in your photo. i think that's posted somewhere on the app

On the secondary app, try clicking on "help"...it gives you instructions on how to disable cookies.....
