Single Degree OMFS and international practice

Does anyone know if it would be difficult for a single degree OMFS to practice internationally? One of the great things about medicine is that it is much more internationally friendly whereas dentistry is fragmented, even within the U.S. Would a single degree OMFS be given trouble if he/she were to move to another industrialized nations in Europe and Asia? What about a dual degree?
