I presume that "SIS" is the old "ISIS"? When did they change their name? If so, it was for obvious reasons, but it used to be International Spinal Injection Society

Changed several years ago, and yes, they are the group formerly with the acronym ISIS, but are far more mellow than the Middle East radical terrorist group.
