SLC VA GPR

Has anyone gone to the SLC VA GPR in the past few years? If so, how was your experience? I heard it was a really good program in the past, but I've also heard a some of the VAs have put in place new restrictions due to COVID which have decreased the implant placement experience at VAs. Anyone with an updated opinion on this program would be much appreciated.
