SLOR from every rotation?

So I have three very strong letters (two of which are SLORS) from a very well respected EM program. I'm doing an away rotation currently. After a month, I've realized this away site just isn't for me for a variety of reasons.

Do I need to get a SLOR from this program if I already have two SLORs uploaded in ERAS? I've already started to get some interview invites. And, if I do get one, what happens if the SLOR isn't as strong as my home letters when it comes time for ranking (I'll likely HP this rotation versus honoring my home rotation)?

I had a LOR from my home spot, then a SLOR from one away. The other away I did a bit later and felt like my application was complete and I did not need additional SLORs.

With that said, I was asked by a couple of places where I interviewed why I did not have a SLOR from a place I spent time, effort, and money to rotate at halfway across the country. My answer was the same as above; one person told me point blank that not having a SLOR from a place you did an away at was 'suspicious'.

I ended up matching at the place I rotated at and did not get a SLOR from.

So... I dunno, in some ways I think you should get a SLOR. If you just really think it was a bad rotation, then you might be better off not doing it...

Thanks EMRebuilder. I guess I'm just worried about getting an average SLOR from more of a new "up and coming program" that I really didn't enjoy (despite having some good interactions with attendings) and having that distract from my great SLORs from a strong, well established program.
