I honestly don't think there is much of a difference in reputation between the two -- at least not one that would outweigh NYMC's advantage in location. I remember interviewing there four years ago and liking the fact that you could do 3rd/4th yr in the city. I've rotated with NYMC students doing away rotations at other city hospitals, and they seem like they are pleased with their training.

Def go to NYMC, it's much closer to Canada (don't know what province you are from) It's like 6 hours from Quebec. Also you rotate third and fourth year in NYC can't beat that type of opportunity!
