Hey all,
I've learned from my third year experience that I get the most out of a rotation with small teams; for example, our med rotations are made up of 1 attending/1 senior/2 interns/2 students. I have noticed in researching some programs that teams can swell to double that size! Other non-medicine clerkships had teams of this caliber, and I personally found the teaching to be below what I expected. Anyone have experience maybe with both small and large medicine teams who might be willing to share their opinions of each? Thanks!
