Hey all,
I am looking to upgrade my cell phone for the upcoming school year. I'll be a first year pharmacy school student.
Every current pharmacist I've spoken with is heavily recommending purchasing an iPhone as there are allegedly a number of helpful apps for labs and for the real-world pharmacy. These individuals graduated 2-3 years ago, though, and I'd guess that by now there'd be equivalent apps available on the Droid platform. I was considering purchasing a Galaxy Nexus through Google... Much more affordable than an unlocked iPhone (I have T-Mobile, the only carrier where the iPhone is not available) and more reliable new instead of used. Will the Nexus serve me well in the workplace and at school? Or should I put more consideration into purchasing an iPhone?
Thanks.
