SMP: GRE or MCAT

It depends on the SMP. Some want your MCAT score to see if you need help with a certain topic, others just want one or the other to gauge you abilities. You'll have to look into each program, but I do know a great number will take either or both...

Have you gone to the AAMC website with all the SMPs and PB programs?

Whichever one the SMP requires.

If they take both, whichever one you'll do better on. Probably GRE since your SMP will help (hopefully) you do better on the MCAT so you might as well take the MCAT after/during the SMP.
