The Univeristy of Toledo has an SMP program that guarantees you an interview in their MD medical school if you can maintain a GPA of 3.0. What other SMP programs offer a similar deal with their medical schools?

The postbac forum has the lowdown on all the SMPs from current & former students. http://forums.studentdoctor.net/forums/postbaccalaureate-programs.71/

But watch out for year-to-year changes. And a guaranteed interview is not as compelling as the app you'll have if you wait to apply until successfully completing the SMP. Usually.

    Best of luck to you.

Rosalind Franklin's BMS program guarantees an interview regardless of MCAT and GPA if you can get in.

Drexel's IMS program guarantees an interview if you get all B's (different than a 3.0 - you can't get any B-'s in any classes). And you need at least all 9's on your MCAT - or 30 with no score less than 7.

What "actual" SMP doesn't potentially offer an interview?

The rate at which these interviews actually turn into acceptances (which is all that anybody really cares about) varies wildly.
