Hey fellow PM&R'ers,

I am a recently graduated attending. I am thinking of branching out on my own (in addition to doing pain) in terms of working with a SNF. I am thinking of hiring a midlevel to see patients at a SNF. How would that work? Do you get in touch with the SNF and come up with a contract if they want physiatry services?
