I created a letter request yesterday and received a letter ID and everything so I forwarded those details. But, I check today and it says there is no such entry

Call AMCAS and give them your letter ID and see if they can locate it, but before you do that, check back tomorrow and see if your info is there. It's possible it's a temporary issue.
