Anyone knows if it's upcoming soon?......Got my self evaluation submitted a while ago.....no words yet from the Supervisor.....is each Rph gonna be individually interviewed to determine the actual adjustment? If not, how does a district supervisor know how much raise to give a rph when he doesn't even work with you on a daily base? Solely based on the self evaluation?.....Should've rated myself EE for every category!.....

Here is the way it works.

ALL pharmacists are reviewed and given an appropriate increase ( or not) once per year. The reviews take place in July and the rate goes into effect at the end of August or the beginning of September.

The reviews should be done by the Pharmacy Supervisor who should know all of the pharmacists in his/her district.

The Pharmacy Supervisor is given a set amount of money to spend on increases and he dispenses them as he sees fit. Let's say he has 20 pharmacists and $100,000.00. He can give $5,000.00 to each pharmacist or he can give more or less to individual pharmacists based on their performance.

This is your chance to spell out where you want your career to go at CVS. Do you want to go up in volume, down in volume, become a manager, etc....

There should be a pharmacy supervisor that is the equivalent of the DM for the pharmacy department....

The pharmacy supervisor for our district moved in in April. He still getting to know the staff, though he seems pretty on top of it. He said he's got to do the reviews for like 16 stores in 3 weeks. It seems like an insane month for him.
