So... how should we approach "EC secondary questions" with the app redesign?

Quite a few of my secondaries ask me to describe a "meaningful EC" or to talk about how "one ec made me into a compassionate physician."

The problem is that with the app redesign, all of these questions have been answered. So I was wondering, should I just parrot the info? or try to come up with some creative BS?

For example:
Stony Brook's
DESCRIBE AN EXTRACURRICULAR EXPERIENCE THAT YOU HAVE HAD WHICH WILL HELP YOU BECOME A COMPASSIONATE PHYSICIAN AND EXPLAIN WHY.

In my application I specifically mention how my experiences in Africa made me into a compassionate person... and I wrote 250 words of just that. Now they are asking me pretty much the same question. Should I just... like... reword what I already wrote? Or try to write about a different EC?

I'd go with a different experience/EC. You've covered Africa, so what about here in the States? What have you done? How did it effect you? What impact did you have?

For example, one of my secondaries asked about a meaningful pt care experience and what I learned from it. Guess what my entire PS was? Yeah... patient care experiences and how they have led me toward medicine. So I picked another pt case that was very unlike the ones I used in my PS. I then wrote about it and gave some of my lessons learned from the experience.
