...and I read goljan neuro, HY anatomy for the upper/lower limb, HY embryo for the CNS, and finished with pharm recall about neuro drugs. OK so I did all that. I look at the FA neuro section and it is so freaking basic. Is that all we really have to know? If you guys who have taken the tests already can chime in, that would be great. I remember my neuro courses in med school to be A LOT more intense.
 
Yes, the neuroanatomy on the exam is not that detailed. Personally, I think that even HY neuro was too detailed, and you just need basic ideas about where and on which side a lesion would have effects.
 
I had lots of neuroanatomy on my test.

There were many (30-40%) of questions that could not be answered with FA, but every question had an answer in HY.

I love that book.

good to know. i'll run through HY neuro a few more times closer to the exam. thanks
