So I screwed up...

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Man, why is SDN filled with people complaining about their poor performance lately?
I'm not complaining. If you read the OP I state that I screwed up and I'm asking for advice on how to mitigate the repercussions from a poor academic performance my first year of school.

Assuming you ace the next few years, you can eke out around a 3.6 or a 3.7.

You're not completely screwed yet; my first semester as a freshman I got a 2.7 (asshat counselors putting me in Orgo I as a newly minted high school grad). I still haven't aced all my classes, but right now I have a 3.3 cGPA and sGPA and I still got two years of classes to bring it up. Don't lose faith, OP. If you can dream it, you can do it.

Best of luck! :D
